Turned Down for Credit

I tried to get more credit on my card today. For the first time in 10 years I was turned down. It shocked me. I've always received credit. I am not saying that I went after the credit that let me buy things now and pay later.

All of my credit has been for business purposes. I never realized that the credit companies would hit the business world. I have 3 streams of income. I have a viable business. I work at home - but earn as much, or more, than my husband.

It is quite a shock. Everything has slowed down - that is to be expected. It is important to pay down debts before things get out of hand.
